How does check-in work?

Self check-in with a lockbox, so you can arrive at any time. We send clear instructions and the codes before your arrival.

How do I get from the airport?

Metro line 3 runs from the airport to the city centre. For Koukaki, change to line 2 and get off at Akropoli station. For Patissia, Kato Patissia station (line 1) is a 5-minute walk away. Taxis take about 40 minutes.

Is parking available?

Patissia has a free private garage space with remote control. In Koukaki, street parking is limited, so we recommend public transport or a nearby paid car park.

Are there any taxes?

Greece charges a Climate Resilience Fee per night for short-term rentals (€8 from April to October, €2 from November to March). It is included or shown clearly when you book.

What is the minimum stay?

Two nights. For stays of a week or more, contact us for a better rate.
